Church Opening 2nd August

Morning worship will resume at 10am on Sunday 2nd August. Owing to the current situation we will be required to follow the Government guidance as follows:

Upon entering the church, hands must be sanitized. A one-way system has been imposed please follow the directional signs on entry. Social distancing must be observed. Family ‘bubbles’ will be asked to use the benches.

Unfortunately, the following restrictions will also apply:

No singing will be allowed.

Bibles or Hymn Books will not be available in the church. If you bring your own Bible please ensure you take it away at the end of the service.

The offertory will not be taken, however, offertory plates will be available on the tables beneath the hymn boards.

Toilet facilities will be available for emergency use, and the hand sanitizer must be used before entering the toilet.

To comply with the Government guidance on social distancing the church is restricted to 30 worshippers at the service and a register of all those attending will be taken. To ensure that we do not turn anyone away we need to know who would like to attend.

Should the maximum number be reached, those who were unable to attend will be given priority to attend the following week. Please email valdorchr@aol.com indicating that you wish to attend a service before 6pm on the Saturday.

The practise of emailing orders of worship will continue until further notice.
