Blaby Elves

Blaby Elves is a collaboration of Churches Together in Blaby working alongside community volunteers to provide Special Gift Parcels for Christmas to those families in Blaby and Glen Parva identified as needing financial support at this very trying and difficult time.

We would like to create 40 gift boxes and are asking for donations of toys for the boxes. The toys/books should be new, unwrapped and costing no more than £10.

We plan to make the boxes up on Wednesday’s 9th and 16th December and would welcome your donations by these dates please.

Gifts can be left at Blaby Civic Centre, in the container placed inside the sliding doors, at the Petrol Station/Co-Op on Lutterworth Road and at the Methodist Church, Winchester Road, Blaby.

We realise that this is a hard time financially for so many families and young people, but if you are able to give a gift to make someone’s Christmas special this year, then this is your opportunity and we will gratefully receive them.
